Structure: Toocat has a short torso and legs but a big, odd shaped chest from all of her heart surgeries. She normally has a 'B' sized cup unless she binds, then it's 'AA.' She usually binds most of the time. She has a more "masculine" figure without girly curves or hips. Her paw pads are shaped as hearts because that's cool. She also has thick eyebrows because she'd much rather have a boyish looking face. She doesn't want to be a boy but she wants to look like one.

Personality: Toocat is nice most of the time but once you really get to know her, she's kind of a dick. She doesn't mean to be mean but she believes it's funny as fuck. She also swears a lot, and usually, uncontrollably. She likes to laugh and be loved. She can get sad pretty easily but she replaces her sadness with frustration and anger. She also likes getting her revenge if someone did wrong to her or a friend. She'll always protect her mate, family, and friends no matter what. She's also hopelessly romantic and is always on the search for the right person when single. But once she's in a relationship, she because attached to that one person the most.

Likes: Science, fashion, colors, art, writing, music, games, hanging with friends, the internet.

-"Toocat" was the name of a cat my family had when I was about 5. She mentally unstable and had liver problems, so my dad shot her in the backyard and for a long time I thought she had drowned in the pond. "Lou" is just a cool name. "Noelle" pronounced 'noel,' is actually my middle name.
-Toocat is NOT the same age as me because I like the age 18 and I can't wait to be 18.
-Toocat's eye colour is my favorite colour in the whole world.
-Her tail and ears are leopard print knock off's because leopard print is cool but have too much design to them.
-Her paw pads and nose are shaped like hearts because I love the shape and I feel as if it is significant to me and my health issues.
-Toocat's body type and personality is based on myself.
-Toocat does not want to be a male but she does not want to define herself as a female. She likes looking like a boy and acting like one but she is still okay with being a biological female.
